본 약관은 라이트핸드(이하 ‘운영자’)가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 및 웹사이트(이하 ‘서비스’)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
운영자는 개인 기록·계산·정보 확인 등을 돕는 유틸리티 성격의 앱을 제공합니다. 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 일부 화면에 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 서비스의 내용·기능을 개선하기 위해 변경하거나 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
이용자가 앱에 입력한 데이터는 원칙적으로 이용자 기기 내부에만 저장되며, 운영자는 이를 열람하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 앱 삭제 시 해당 데이터도 함께 삭제되므로, 필요한 경우 이용자가 직접 백업해야 합니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
서비스가 제공하는 계산 결과·통계·시세 등 각종 정보는 참고용이며, 투자 자문이나 특정 거래의 권유가 아닙니다. 외부 공개 API 등에서 제공되는 정보는 지연되거나 부정확할 수 있으며, 운영자는 정보의 정확성·완전성을 보증하지 않습니다. 이용자의 판단과 그에 따른 결과에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
운영자는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 외부 서비스 중단 등 운영자의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해, 그리고 이용자의 기기 고장·데이터 손실에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
서비스와 그 구성물(소프트웨어, 디자인, 상표 등)에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 운영자의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제·배포·2차 가공할 수 없습니다.
본 약관은 법령이나 서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

These terms govern your use of the mobile applications and websites (the "Service") provided by Righthand (the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Operator provides utility applications for personal record-keeping, calculation, and information lookup. The Service is provided free of charge and may display advertisements. The Operator may modify or discontinue features to improve the Service.
Data you enter in our apps is stored only on your device. The Operator does not access or retain it. Uninstalling an app deletes that data, so please back it up yourself if needed. Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Calculations, statistics, market data, and other information shown in the Service are provided for reference only and do not constitute investment advice or a solicitation to trade. Information obtained from third-party public APIs may be delayed or inaccurate, and the Operator makes no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with disputes subject to the courts having jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure.
